- Then **Production Builds + Retainers**: privately hosted production builds, monitored and maintained, scoped per build.
- For individuals: **AI-Native Ramp Up** ($700, launch pricing), a full-day 1x1 to embed AI into daily work and business strategy; and **Stitchwork** (beta), the studio's own MCP security and automation tool, free invites on request.
- Four phases, one senior team: **Discover** (weeks 1 to 2) → **Implement** (months 1 to 3, first agent live) → **Scale** (quarterly, more agents) → **Operate & evolve** (ongoing support contract).
- One bundle: the client's Dify platform license plus custom implementation from one partner. A support & operations contract covers monitoring, maintenance, and hardening. New capabilities are priced to the outcome they drive, no hourly billing, no padded retainers.
- Two ways in: through Dify (as their implementation partner) or direct.
